• All orders require a 24-hour processing time before shipment — this is not included in the delivery timeframe
• Orders are shipped from the product's location
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once fulfilled
• Order totals are calculated after any discounts or coupons are applied

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
• Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout

International Shipping

• All international orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with your order details
• A separate shipping notification email containing your tracking number

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
