How can I track my package?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been processed, and is ready to ship to your address, you will receive another email with shipping information. After receiving a tracking number, you will be able to track your package with that number to figure out where it currently is.

Yes, we do ship internationally. It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive your country however, in some instances; delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. The shipping time will vary depending on the carrier you choose at checkout.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?
Please take a photo of the item and email it to our customer care team customerservice@estelleshoes.com with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item. We will resend a new package once we receive the damaged item
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases when an item is damaged. The original shipping fee will be applied to your next purchase on our website. We will send you a Free Shipping promo code via email to apply to your next order.
